Residential Service & Repair
As of December 10, 2018, we no longer repair Breville espresso machines or other superautomatic machines that cost less than $1,700 (i.e. Saeco, Gaggia and Delonghi). We will continue to repair most home traditional style machines.
It goes without saying that your home espresso machine is the pride of your kitchen and you dread the day the unit stops working properly. When that day comes, we’re here to help.
We repair traditional and superautomatic home espresso machines in our Indianapolis facility. We charge $92 for the first hour, during which we diagnose and try to correct the problem. If we can’t have the machine operating in that hour, we will contact you with an estimate to complete the repairs.
Although we can work on most makes and models of home espresso machines, it probably isn’t cost effective to have us repair a superautomatic machine that costs less than $900-$1000. Additionally, obtaining parts for many brands can be a slow process which can dramatically increase the time required to repair your machine. Before delivering your machine to our shop, please check the web for a realistic replacement cost; we’d hate to have you drive here only to be told that it will cost more to repair than replace your machine.
**Commercial and home machines left in our shop for thirty days after repairs are completed, will be considered abandoned.**
**A $92 deposit is required before in-shop repair work will begin on a machine delivered to our Prospect St location**
